A love of nature and its colourful vibrancy is what drew me to John’s beautiful hummingbird. The vivid and extravagant plumage gives the little bird a wonderful vitality that makes it ready to fly off the wall

The painting caught both me and my wife’s eye. We went back a few minutes later to chat to John and after a little bit of negotiation we bought it.

I dropped into a local design shop and saw this lovely orange stool. I said it would fit perfectly into our kitchen, and so it does. What makes it even better it’s made from recycled materials.

When I entered the exhibition, this was ‘the’ painting that really caught my eye. John couldn’t believe he had sold it within the first five minutes of the show opening.

I am proud to own a couple of works by John. The painting hangs in our hallway and the lamp in the lounge. I’m always drawn to his vibrant colours and textures both in his paintings and lamps.

When I saw this vase in his exhibition, I simply had to buy it. It’s made from recycled cardboard, amazing!

His deep respect for the environment and the beauty of nature shines through everything he does.

What keeps me coming back to John’s work is the innovation and exploration. You want to see what he’s up to next.

I have bought a few items from John over the past couple of years. His work has enriched my living space with his contemporary pieces of lamps and a side tables.

I marvel at John's prestigious work ethic, strength of purpose and how he has developed a body of work which is very much his own. His deep respect for the enivronment and the beauty of nature shines through everything he does. I treasure those of John's paintings which we bought.
