A reflection of a suburban landscape. A typical scene from any town or city, almost mundane but captured in bright sunshine casting dramatic shadows across the street and onto front gardens.  The energetic brush strokes in the foliage compliment the shadows cast in broad soft blue tones. This technique gives the picture both drama and, to some extent, seclusion and isolation.
